09-02-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, with the consent of Sri Parth Sarthi, learned Govt. Advocate - 11, makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition with an indication that on representation of the petitioner i.e. Annexure '4' & '5' to the writ petition, the Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur may take appropriate decision.
Instead of directing for taking decision on such representation, the Court proposes to dispose of the present writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Collector regarding her claim. If such representation is filed within a period of eight weeks from today, the Court expects that the Collector, Vaishali may take appropriate
Patna High Court CWJC No.11971 of 2007 (4) dt.09-02-2015 2/2 decision on her representation and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably; within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
