JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i). For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction especially in the nature of certiorari, quashing the order dated 30.07.2015 passed in Case No. 01 of 2015 passed by the learned Shri Chandrama Singh, Member, District Appellate Authority, Khagaria, whereby and whereunder application filed by the petitioner regarding the cancellation of appointment of Private respondent no. 9 has been dismissed and petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.16892 of 2015(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 directed to pay Rs. 10000/- cost within 30 days through treasury chalan, in appropriate government head.

(ii)For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or directions especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authority to make enquiry regarding the selection of private respondent no. 9 who has been appointed on the basis of fake certificate issued by the Hindi Vidyapeeth, Deoghar, Jharkhand."

It appears that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous by the efflux of time, nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to seek redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any, by resorting to such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
