The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kargahar (Sidhi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018, dated 28.05.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are said to have assaulted the brother and the sister-in-law of the informant. When the informant stopped them from doing so, he too was assaulted on his head and was divested of his personal belongings.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are members of the same family and have been implicated in this false case. The injuries suffered by the so-called victims are reported to be simple in nature.
Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with
Kargahar (Sidhi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The application stands allowed.
