JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-01-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Alipur P. S. Case No. 65 of 2017 dated 18.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

After some arguments, Mr. Manish Kumar No. - II, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail. Should such an application be filed, the court below shall look into the totality of the circumstances and shall pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced
