The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 106/2019 (G.R. No. 1039/19) instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
A motorcycle was looted and the F.I.R to that effect was registered against unknown. During investigation, three of the accused persons were arrested. They confessed their guilt and in their confession, they took the name of the petitioner. The motorcycle was recovered from the house of one Deepak Kumar Barnwal and in the confessional

However, the vehicle was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner but the same was recovered from the possession of the said Deepak Kumar Barnwal.
Considering this aspect of the matter and taking into account the clean antecedent of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Bhajha P.S. Case No. 106/2019 (G.R. No. 1039/19), subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) sunilkumar/- U T
