2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that petitioner secured appointment to the post of Teacher on the basis of forged documents.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has been terminated from the service on the ground that his certificate was forged. He next submits that the certificate of the petitioner was genuine and termination from the service by the department
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22822 of 2026(4) dt.01-07-2026 2/2 is illegal. Petitioner is now aged about 60 years having no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties as well as the fact that petitioner has already been terminated from the service, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
