The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 188 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 337, 353, 431, 427, 438 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the allegations levelled in the first information report are general and omnibus in nature.
