Case No.31/14 wherein offences under Sections- 406 and 381 of I.P.C. are alleged. The informant stated that the petitioner is a clerk and the amount of Rs.1,99,080/- given to him for being deposited was misappropriated. Certain other allegations were also made.

Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed A.B.P. No.6325/2014 in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Saharsa. The same was dismissed on 29.4.2014. Hence, this application for anticipatory bail under Section-438 of Cr.P.C. The allegation against the petitioner is serious in nature. The petitioner is said to have committed criminal breach of trust and misappropriated huge amount. The court of Sessions
