Case No.31/14 wherein offences under Sections- 406 and 381 of I.P.C. are alleged. The informant stated that the petitioner is a clerk and the amount of Rs.1,99,080/- given to him for being deposited was misappropriated. Certain other allegations were also made.

Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed A.B.P. No.6325/2014 in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Saharsa. The same was dismissed on 29.4.2014. Hence, this application for anticipatory bail under Section-438 of Cr.P.C. The allegation against the petitioner is serious in nature.
