This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Daraunda P.S. Case No. 47 of 2016 dated 26.03.2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 409 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that this is a case of the year 2016 and in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed by now.

If at all the investigation is still incomplete, the same must be concluded within a period of three months from today.
