Petitioner is an accused in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 481 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code and later on under Sections 302, 201 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code are added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. . It is further submitted that name of the petitioner has come on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by the co-accused persons, which has no evidentiary value. Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2019.
