The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 409, 467, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner obtained the job of Aanganbari Sevika on the basis of forged and fabricated education certificate.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that certificate of the petitioner was genuine and after due verification by the authority concerned, petitioner was appointed at the relevant time. It is further submitted that without proper verification of the educational certificate, F.I.R. has been lodged. Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from the service, vide order dated 17.01.2020 of District Program Officer, Buxar. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23877 of 2022(2) dt.08-09-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
