The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chhatapur P. S. Case No. 178 of 2015 registered under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and has been implicated in the present case out of dirty village politics.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Be that as it may, regard being had to the nature of the offence, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29077 of 2016 (2) dt.26-07-2016 2/2 below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Supaul in Chhatapur P. S. Case No. 178 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
