The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, who was apprehended on spot with stolen motorcycle.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and he has got no concern with the alleged motorcycle, which is said to be stolen and recovered from the possession of co-accused. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
