Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioners seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 228 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 308, 448, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are the husband and wife. Petitioner no. 1 is the brother of the informant. There is land dispute between the parties, and petitioner no. 2 has also sustained injury.
