JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468,471,120B/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner fraudulently created fake documents and used the same in the partition suit as well as for getting a gun licence.

Petitioner and complainant are agnate. Civil suit for partition of ancestral property is pending between them and in order to put undue pressure, he filed false case against the petitioner.
