This is an application for grant of regular bail filed by the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ghoghardiha PS Case No. 99 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Section 272 and 272 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the instant case name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of one Hari Kushan Thakur. In the instant case 300 and odd liters of liquor was recovered from the house of the co-accused who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 78429 of 2018

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2018 and having no criminal antecedent, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. District & Sessions Judge-Iind-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha PS Case No. 99 of 2018. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) mrl./- U T
