Patna High Court CWJC No.8015 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 liberty to file appeal against the order dated 31.10.2018 passed by the Chairman, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna . Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and in case the petitioners file an appeal before the appellate authority i.e. the Special Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of four weeks from today, the appeal of the petitioners shall be disposed of within a period of twelve weeks thereafter, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as to the effected parties.
