Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP.

The learned APP, Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad, files a counter-affidavit, duly sworn by the Circle Officer, Manjhauliya, wherein it has been pleaded that show-cause has been issued upon the concerned Head Clerk, on the ground that though the issue register shows the issuance of the genealogical table, but then the genealogy is not there in the office of the Circle Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the quashing application with liberty to raise all issues at an appropriate stage.

Permission is accorded.
