The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40182 of 2016.

For the reasons stated in the modification application, let the time fixed for surrender by order dated 17.10.2016 be extended by further period of four weeks from today.

However, it is made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted to the petitioner in any context and if the petitioner does not surrender in the Court below within time, the order passed in favour of the petitioner shall stand revoked.
