The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and that the allegation under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code appears to be purely ornamental, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

No.27447 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
