JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of causing injury with dagger to the nephew of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the size of injury reflects that at best the case comes under the purview of section 324 IPC and there is no accusation of repeating the blow. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47794 of 2014 (4) dt.22-06-2015 below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Darbhanga. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
