The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madanpur P. S. Case No. 121 of 2015 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

Regard being had to the recovery of huge quantity of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
