JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 66(E), 67(A), 67(B) of the I.T. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of making obscene video of daughter of the informant and making it viral on Facebook and Whatsapp. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing specific has been attributed against the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances as stated above, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77943 of 2018(2) dt.04-01-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather he should surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on the basis of materials available on record without being prejudice by order of this Court, if possible on the same day.
