JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2016 This application is filed for modification of order dated 28.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46965 of 2015. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted Anticipatory Bail on 28.01.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 46965 of 2015 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks pending in the Court of Sri Ajay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 204 of 2014, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

In such view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner as order in Cr. Misc. No. 46965 of 2015 on 28.01.2016 be further extended by three weeks from today in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26822 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 204 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri Ajay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 28.01.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 46965 of 2015 is modified to the above extent. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) manish/- U T
