The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 550 of 2019 dated 07.08.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and another but leading to only simple injuries on their person.

Apart from this, it has been submitted that they have been implicated in this case because of general dispute between the parties. The other allegation of misbehaving with the women-folk has only been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26485 of 2020(3) dt.08-12-2020 2/2 added in order to lend gravity to the prosecution version. The charge sheet in this case has already been submitted and no useful purpose would be served in sending the petitioners to custody.

Considering the aforestated facts especially simple injuries having been caused to the two victims, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Cheif Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 550 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
