2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhubani Mahila P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, lodged on 25.06.2024 by the informant Majhabi Khatoon.

3. Mr. Shubhash Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
