The sole petitioner, who is an accused in Kanhauli P.S. Case no. 46/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 188, 332, 337, 338, 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 A (ii) (iii) R.P.Act, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence had taken place and the petitioner was a candidate of Mukhiya in Panchayat Election. He further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.

On perusal of the F.I.R. the Court is satisfied that it is not a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The
