The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No.27 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have in possession of huge quantity of stolen JDS MS Pipe. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case, where, name of this petitioner surfaced on the basis of disclosure as made by other co-accused person, namely, Sanjay Singh, who has already been granted bail by this Court through Cr. Misc. No.25487 of 2024. It is

No.26653 of 2024(2) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 submitted that petitioner is tenant of the place of recovery only and he has no concern with the alleged recovery of pipes and also no alleged recovery has been made from the possession of this petitioner. It is also submitted that no claimant of the recovered pipe came to claim before the concerned authority or not any case has lodged before the police as regard to stolen pipes. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.02.2024. 5.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No.27 of 2024 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VII Aurangabad, Bihar.
