Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ballia P. S. case no. 154/2013 registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/ 4 of the D.P. Act.

Petitioners are cousin brothers of husband of the deceased but the informant claimed himself to be eye-witness of the alleged occurrence and, specifically, stated that these petitioners participated in committing the murder of the deceased.

Therefore, in my view, it is not fit case for grant of anticipatory bail and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the above stated petitioners stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the
