JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case the petitioner is seeking appointment on compassionate ground on account of sad demise of his father in harness. It appears that the father of the petitioner was appointed on the post of Adult Education Supervisor, who was getting honorarium.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of Annexure 3 it appears that after the death of his father, his mother is getting pension. In such view of the matter, the service of the father of the petitioner was treated on

Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has filed a representation, which is still pending for consideration. Counsel for the State further submits that his father was not appointed on substantive post.

In that view of the matter, let the representation of the petitioner, pending before District Mass Education Officer at Hajipur, Vaishali be considered and disposed of on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of.
