2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 632 of 204 registered for the offence under Sections 140(2) & 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased after committing rape. During investigation materials have come in support of the allegation levelled against the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any crime. He is in custody since 04.01.2025 and has clean criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23913 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
