The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Kame Jha, petitioner no. 3 and his son Ranjan Kumar (petitioner no. 2) assaulted the informant and his son with garassa and lathi. There is no specific allegation of assault against petitioner no. 1 Manjula Devi. It is submitted that the petitioners are next door neighbours and from the injury report it appears that the injuries are caused by hard and blunt substance and two injuries found on the person of the informant and his son are simple in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51270 of 2014 (3) dt.22-06-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the court below shall enlarge the petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Jalley P.S.
