The petitioner has been in custody since 26.10.2018 in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 757/2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 420/489(B) and 489(C)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries are false and fabricated and the product of the highhandedness of the police. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has nothing to do with the alleged occurrence and seizure of currency notes.
However, considering the nature of allegations made and that the petitioner was caught red-handed while making use

It is, accordingly, rejected.
