4. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass a speaking order as to whether the petitioner is eligible to be appointed as Anganwari Sevika at the Anganwari Centre in Ward No.13 Pahariya Gram Panchayat Nimi, P.S. and Block Nimi, District- Sheikhpura or not?

5. Such speaking order must be passed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
