1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 24.09.2021, passed in C.W.J.C. No.21918 of 2019, the Director, Higher Education, Government of Bihar, Patna has already ordered for taking steps for termination of the appointment of the petitioner vide Memo dated 21.04.2020, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court MJC No.703 of 2022(5) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 21.04.2020, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
