The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhibra P.S. Case No.19 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegations have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 974 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner based on better footing. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Dhibra P.S.
