====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 24-09-2021 A completely surprising kind of prayer has been made before this Court. Mr. Jatashankar Jha, learned Advocate, who has filed the mentioning slip, requested this court to simply allow him to withdraw this application. When the Court pointed out to him that it is a regular bail application and why it is being withdrawn that too without seeking any liberty from this court to move before the learned court below, learned counsel submits that he cannot say anything.

In the nature of the prayer before this court, while this court permits the learned counsel to withdraw this application, it is made clear that in case the petitioner has moved the learned court below during pendency of this application for grant of bail
