Sanjay, learned Additional Solicitor General, appearing on behalf of the respondent-Union of India.

Having regard to the fact that this writ petition seeks construction of underpath near Krishna Niketan Girls' High School, this Court is of the view that it is essentially for the National Highway Authority of India to take a decision in the matter.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17399 of 2015 (4) dt.21-09-2016 2/2 This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to Respondent No.3, namely, Chairman of the National Highway Authority, Government of India, New Delhi, to examine the grievances of the petitioner and do the needful in accordance with law.

However, the petitioner shall remain at liberty to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future, if so advised, and/or take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.
