For direction to the respondent commission to award marks to the petitioners under the head of work experience and thereafter publish the result including the petitioners for the

II. For direction to the respondent commission to recommend the petitioners for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) and accordingly the State Respondent be directed to appoint the petitioners to the post of Junior Engineer (Civil).

III. For direction upon the respondent authority to publish the final result as per State Govt.

resolution No.963 dated 20.1.2016 whereby it has been stipulated that in the event of non-availability of eligible women candidates the said posts shall be filled up from reserved / unreserved male candidates in the same recruitment year."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-Bihar Technical Service Commission submits that the advertisement in question has already stood withdrawn, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

In response, the learned counsel for the

4/4 petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach this Court as and when fresh cause of action arises in future. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
