The petitioner seeks bail in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 352 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a), 32(2), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

944 litres of Indian made foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of co-accused Mukesh Rai and petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. The house in question is in joint possession of family and petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2021. Investigation is complete.
