JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 143, 145, 147, 149, 151, 152, 153(A), 323, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that religious procession was going through the house of the informant for emersion of idol as one of the resident of the area had constructed stair case on the land causing obstruction in the passage, therefore, people were demolishing their portion. Police reached and it is alleged that large number of people assembled there disperses despite the direction by the Magistrate and throw brick bats. It is submitted that the petitioner was on looker and no specific allegation is levelled against him. Moreover, other

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Ranjit Paswan be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.3rd, Gaya in connection with Khizarsarai P.S. Case No.69 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
