2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S Case No. 21 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 504, 506 of the I.P.C.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner has committed wrongful acts with the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26897 of 2024(3) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 04.10.2023.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order and certified copy of deposition of the victim it appears that victim was fully hostile before the trial court and did not support the version of the FIR and also produced compromise petition before the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S Case No. 21 of 2021.
