The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/328/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 727 of 2018. The petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Wife of this petitioner died within three years of her marriage in her matrimonial house in an unnatural circumstances. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same before her death. The family members of the deceased has supported the allegation of demand of dowry and torture.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
