The petitioner retired as a Laboratory Incharge,
Patna High Court CWJC No.16255 of 2015 dt.05-05-2016 2/3 in the Department of Botany, from Araria College, Araria, a constituent unit of Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura. His grievance is that revised pension with arrears with effect from 01.05.2011 till date, gratuity amount, amount of leave encashment, general provident fund amount and ACP/MACP with effect from 09.08.1999 and 30.04.2011 have not been cleared.
The petitioner has also sought for a direction for payment of arrears of salary for the period 01.05.2011 till 06.07.2012.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the University has submitted that if reasonable time is granted, the University shall be paying to the petitioner all admissible dues against various heads, as have been noted above. Considering the submission advanced on behalf of the University, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura, to ensure that the entire amount which is found admissible to the petitioner against various heads, as noted above, is paid within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before him.
The Registrar shall be obliged to furnish the petitioner the details of calculations of admissibility of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16255 of 2015 dt.05-05-2016 3/3 dues against various heads above mentioned at the time of making of such payments to the petitioner.
