2. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Rupauli P.S. Case No.22 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 8(c) and 21(b) of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. The recovery is of 7.65 gm of Smack from the shop of one Sudhanshu Kumar. The petitioner was also standing there.

4. Petitioner is in jail since 03.02.2025. He claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thou-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25968 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 sand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S Act, Purnea/concerned Court below, in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No.25 of 2025.

7. At the time of accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below shall verify the fact whether the petitioner has clean antecedent or not. If it is found that the petitioner has clean antecedent then only his bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.

8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Rupauli Police Station, Purnea on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
