JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2025 Heard Mr. Krishna Kant Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned APP for the State and Mr. Asif Kalim, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant.
2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1976 of 2017 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. At the outset, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties submitted that the parties are ready to settle the dispute amicably.
4. The parties are directed to appear before the learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25641 of 2025(3) dt.14-08-2025 2/2 District Court on 25.08.2025 at 10.30 am. Till then, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner. In case of failure, the interim protection granted to the petitioner shall lose its force.
5. Learned District Court is directed to refer the matter before the learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center after issuing notice to the opposite party no.2.
6. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
