Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 290 of the IPC and various sections of the Prevention of immoral Traffic Act.

Petitioner is jail custody since 20.9.2018 on the charges of running brothel but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing objectionable article was recovered at the time of alleged raid.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
