Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur PS Case No. 186/2013 pending before Sri. R.R. Raman, 1st Class Judicial Magistrate- Begusarai registered under Sections 341, 448, 427, 386, 506/34 of the IPC. The allegations against the petitioners stood on similar footing than that of co-accused, Dhiraj Singh @ Mantun Singh@ Mantana Singh whose prayer for bail was disposed of with certain observations vide order dated 28.04.2015. This petition is also disposed of in the same manner with a direction to the learned lower court to consider the same in the light of observation so made under Cr. Misc. No. 7142/2015,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57035 of 2015 (4) dt.24-02-2016 in case, both the petitioners namely, Bambam Singh and Dhiraj Singh @ Mantun Singh @ Mantana Singh @ Mantan @ Mantana @ Dhiraj son of Shyam Kishore Singh resident of VillageChhitnaur, PS-Matihani, Distt-Begusarai surrender within a fortnight.
