ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.2.2016 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 10536 of 2014.

Considering that in the petition filed for modification of the order by which this Court had quashed the Proceedings on the ground that the disputed money had been refunded to the Complainant, no averment has been made that she had not received the said amount, I am not inclined to modify the said order.

The application stands dismissed.
