Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Shahpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

This is a case of double murder and the materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24178 of 2022(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 below with a period of four weeks from today. If the petitioner does not surrender within a period of four weeks from today, then the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, will take all steps for arresting the petitioner in the next four weeks.
